The location of the hotel was great. It was right next to Cairo Museum and Tahrir square. We could walk to the Qasr-Nile bridge and enjoy the riverside. The best thing about the hotel was its staff. The restaurant staff was outstanding. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of local and international cuisine. Car rental service was also good (though a bit expensive) and the drivers were no less than your guides. The best thing in the stay was the Guest Relations Supervisor Ms. Riham Khaled. We had a late evening flight and were worried about the checkout time which is generally before lunch. Riham was so forthcoming and helpful she arranged for us a late checkout (at 5pm - can you believe it?). The whole staff made us feel comfortable and welcome throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel!

Wow amazing service from this Hotel. From the Porter to the top management. A special mention goes to Farida and Marina as well as the manager Mr Ahmed. I dont think i have received such hospitality anywhere in the world , really great service from the team. The Hotel is very clean, beds were comfortable with amazing breakfast. Location is excellent as its close to the main museum and also the city. Cairo is a busy city, but this hotel is a hidden gem and is definitely good value for money and a top Hotel if you looking for a good stay. Well done Team Steigenburger 👏

Mario made our Check-In process a pleasure. The rooms we got were modern, clean and the bathrooms were brand new. The buffet breakfast was great value for money with lots of choice. The location is great for the Metro and the Egyptian Museum of course. Overall great value for money for the location and quality of the hotel.

Stayed in Cairo for 3 days. Had an amazing time. Big thankyou to hotel manager, who helped us out with a wheelchair for my mother due to my own not being loaded onto the plane. Hospitality and breakfast was outstanding. Would highly recommend.
